Knowledge and continuous learning are highly valued at kebmedia. We support self-studying and growth of our employees. Our WM library is offering you a wide selection of books and journals, internal technical education seminars and workshops are held frequently and seldom has a week gone by without somebody coming up with new ideas on either technology or improving our work processes. To help our new colleagues to enter the company in the most efficient way, they receive help and support from personal coaches. We encourage professional development by reimbursing tuition and textbooks for approved work-related courses to enable our people to enrich their skills and knowledge.
